E-Poster Guidelines
Guidelines for SHINE 2025 E-Poster Competition
We hereby invite interested PGs to submit their e-posters presentation for prize competitions.
Important Details:
- Date: 11/09/2025, Time: 07:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Each paper will be of 3 Power point slides, for 3 minutes duration
- 20 slots available (first come, first serve basis)
- Only registered candidates' submissions will be accepted
Presentation Requirements:
- Only LCD projection allowed
- MS PowerPoint 2010 or above
- Font: Calibri (minimum 10pt size)
- Personal laptops or memory devices not permitted at podium
Submission Process:
- Deadline: 10th September 2025
- Selection notification: 11th September by email
- Only submitted presentations in prescribed format allowed
- No corrections permitted after submission
Awards:
Three prizes available for top 3 selected papers
