Guidelines for SHINE 2025 Interesting Video Session Competition
Instructions:

Prepare slides in the following format:
- Use light colored uniform background (Preferable would be White / Black color for the background of the slides)
- Use Sans Serif Font types. Use bigger font sizes and limit the writing to at most 5 - 7 lines/slides
- Prepare the video for high-resolution presentation. Don’t label the videos with the diagnosis. VIDEO should be edited to show only the relevant findings
- Put a couple of slides on final diagnosis/Discussion, along with appropriate references
- In total, you will have 2 minutes for presentation including the video timings and 1 minutes for discussion.
- 2-5 slides for the whole presentation.
- Put the video/video attached in the ppt and full presentation in a single folder with your name and then upload it at the conference hall at least 2 hrs before the video presentation and make sure for the playability (NO option for using your laptop/ Pendrive / Hardrive at the time of presentation)
- Please take a seat in the front row, near the dais entry.
Note: Upload your presentations on Saturday morning at the A&V section and inform the session coordinator. If unable to attend in person, please email and inform us.
